Wearing DVF Dress via TJ Maxx, Jimmy Choo booties, Michael Kors watch
Picked up this fun star print dress at TJ Maxx a few months ago, and it has served me well for the office, dinners, holiday parties and more! If you are loving this trend, too, check out Who What Wear’s recent article, here!
Wearing Isaac Mizrahi for Target sweater (old), Club Monaco culottes, Club Monaco booties, Alexander McQueen ring
Find time to explore. We are always walking around our city of Boston; exploring new neighborhoods, popping into open houses, discovering new restaurants and shops – wandering is a great pleasure of smaller city.
These low-slung culottes are on frequent rotation this season for their effortless, yet polished look. Style tip: Full pants look best with a fitted or tucked-in top to help define the waist.
Wearing Brass dress, Stuart Weitzman OTK boots, J.Crew bangle, gifted necklace
It has been unseasonably warm in Boston, which is perfect for holiday shopping – browsing boutiques, popping in and out of stores on Newbury Street and stopping off for a drink.
I’m excited to introduce to you a local Boston eCommerce company, Brass. Started by lifelong friends, Jay Hallstein and Katie Doyle, the Brass collection is made up of dresses (and recently tees) with superior construction, a sophisticated color palette and effortless silhouettes. The best part? Each piece rings in at $100 or less. #yesplease
Wearing Club Monaco jumpsuit, Stuart Weitzman sandals, Kate Spade watch, Ray Ban sunnies
Throwback to sunny days, sandals and tans (and looking ahead to our trip to Key Largo next week!) Style tip: Short girls can wear culottes! This style works on me thanks to the vertical stripe and the tie, which hits at my natural waist and makes my legline appear longer. Oh, and heels don’t hurt!
I think one of the sexiest things a woman can wear is a suit – when I see a perfectly cut suit with an androgynous vibe and covered-up sex appeal… I die. I am particularly swooning over short-suits for Spring (a trend that is still in motion from last year), which can easily be dressed up or down (note street style with Converse below). Plus, I love the various colors, prints, and textures that make an updated, modern suit for women… Scroll through this post for a little suit-inspiration for Spring:

Despite the recent snowstorm (in like a lion, right?), my fashion focus is on Spring, and the bright hue of these trousers injects the right touch of Springtime. Surprisingly, these blue pants are as versatile as they are audacious. In the spring, I will layer them with a chambray, scarf, and camel booties, and in the summer, I will opt for an easy tank and leather sandals. And did I mention they are ridiculously comfortable (much like this other favorite pair). How have you been adding a little much-needed Spring to your winter wardrobe?
